Privacy policy
Last updated October 26, 2026. AutoMachina Studios is run by Jeffrey Ortiz in New Jersey and New York City. This page explains what information I collect, why, and what I do with it.
What I collect
- What you send in my forms: your name, contact details, business details, answers about your project, and any photos, logos or files you upload.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. I see that a payment was made and the amount, but never your full card number.
- Site visits: a simple count of page views and button clicks, plus the website you came from and whether you're on a phone or computer. No cookies, no IP addresses, nothing that identifies you.
Why I use it
- To reply to you, quote your project, build your website and keep it updated.
- To send invoices and receipts, and keep business records.
- To see which parts of this website are useful, so I can improve it.
I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
I use a few trusted services to run the business: Tally (forms), Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting), Supabase (notifications and visit counts) and Notion (project notes). They process information only to provide their service to me.
Your photos and content
The photos and text you send are used only for your website. I'll only show your site in my portfolio if you say yes.
How long I keep it
I keep project information while we work together and for as long as needed for business and tax records afterward. If we never work together, I delete your form answers within 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email [email protected] or text (201) 790-7695 and I'll take care of it within 30 days.
